Consent to Communications: By providing your email address you expressly consent to receive email communications from ThriveArc.ai LLC regarding our product launch, early access opportunities, and related updates.

Nature of Membership: Waitlist membership is non-transferable and provides priority notification rights only. It does not constitute a reservation, pre-order, or guarantee of access to any ThriveArc.ai LLC service at any particular price or time.

Opt-Out Rights: You may remove yourself from our waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at privacy@thrivearc.ai. We will process your removal within 10 business days.

Data Retention: Waitlist email addresses are retained for a maximum of 6 months as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Financial Obligation: Joining our waitlist is completely free and creates no financial obligation.

SECTION 7. CONSULTATION BOOKING TERMS

The consultation booking feature allows prospective clients to request a discovery call with Lee A. Hord, Founder and President of ThriveArc.ai LLC. The following terms apply:

Request Only: Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by ThriveArc.ai LLC.

Confirmation Required: You will receive an email with a unique booking reference number acknowledging your request. A separate confirmation will be sent to schedule the actual appointment.

Right to Decline: ThriveArc.ai LLC reserves the right to decline any consultation request at our sole discretion.

Nature of Consultations: Initial consultations are provided for informational purposes to determine mutual fit. Information shared does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

No Charge: Initial discovery consultations are provided at no charge. Subsequent consulting engagements are subject to separate service agreements.
